Sea-Cat lives at the bottom of the sea with his mother, and in order to keep him warm and dry, Mother Cat knits Sea-Cat the most beautiful clothes and soon Sea-Cat comes to the attention of the grim Dragon King. He wants to be as beautiful as Sea-Cat, and soon an inspired compromise is achieved.

This book was a bit short but well written. I liked that dragon-king got lots of new friends at the end.

I think this book is great because It's all about a sea cat and a dragon king. My favourite character is the sea cat because it helped the dragon king be more beautiful. This interest me because sea cats mum is the best kniter in the ocean. Yes I would definitely recommend this lovely book.
