I found this book enjoyable to read because it has a lot of interesting characters and is quite suspenseful. It also changes topics every chapter which keeps it interesting.

I thought this was a good story, I have to say it wasn't my favourite but I did enjoy it I think the author could have added a bit more tension to the story and excitement but other than that it was a good story. It was about a boy called Emil and he tries to track down a thief and finds glory. I really enjoyed it. I hope you do to.

I really liked the girl character in it - we also put on a funny voice for her. We imagined she was a bit bonkers!

Mr Grundeis steals Emil's money and I like it when Mr Grundeis is sent to jail. Emil got his money back by going to police headquarters. Gustav is a friend that he meets and Gustav gets 99 other boys to capture Mr Grundeis. I liked Emil the best

My favorite characters were the detectives because I think that it is very kind of them to help Emil track down the pick pocket so he can get his money back. I would recommend this book because it is very mysterious. It was a page turner for me because I really wanted to know what was going to happen next.
