Battersea Dogs & Cats Home: Misty's Story
Ruth is very sad when her big brother Ben goes away to university. To cheer her up, Mum and Dad take her to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home to choose her very own beagle puppy, Misty! Misty and Ruth enter the local fair's Best in Show competition, but when the next-door neighbour's window is smashed during training they are banned from competing.

Misty comes from Battersea & they got him because Ben, Ruth's big brother was going to University & before Ben left they did their last assault course together. But when they get Misty things will change a lot. My favourite character is Ruth & I would recommend to a friend.

It is about a a girl called Ruth who has a brother who is leaving for university so Ruth gets bored so her mum and dad bought her a puppy called Misty

It is fiction. My favourite characters are Ruth and Misty. I would recommend this book to a 5-8 year old.

This book was wonderful! Misty is a playful puppy and soon she finds a perfect match! I would recommend it to anyone especially anyone who's into obstacle coarses!

It is lovely but quite sad because Ruth's brother goes to university and she has no one to play with her until they get a dog.
