I thought that the book was good but I think it could have been better.It was fiction, my favourite character was the baby because he kept saying funny things.I think I would recommend this book because I want other people know that this was a good book.

A piece of cake. Everyone needs to lose weight. Mrs large makes everyone go on a diet. But she also goes down to eat the cake at night this was a good story, Mr large was my best character as he found it hard to eat less

These books are great for younger children. I used to have these read to me when I was a little girl and now, I choose to read them to my children. My little boy (4 years old) especially loves 'All in one piece', probably because he recognises some of our family dynamic in it! He thinks it is especially hilarious when the mum sits in the paint at the end but hasn't noticed! The characters are accessible for children (Mum, Dad, Grandma, children etc) , the language simple but not insulting and the stories just the right length for bedtimes or shorter attention spans. I would definitely recommend these to parents and teachers of small children.
