This book is all about electricity and what it does! Here are 2 facts I find cool: Roy Cleveland Sullivan, a park ranger, was struck by lightning ๐Ÿ• ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž๐ฌ and survived all of them! And in Oxford, England, there is an electric bell powered by two mighty zinc and sulphur batteries (dry cells). It was installed as an experiment in 1840 and guess what? It's STILL RINGING!! The batteries have never been changed and the clapper (what rings the bells) will probably wear out first. Apart from a few occasional short interruptions caused by high humidity, it has never stopped. It's actually got into the Guinness World Records!
