It was essential to learn about how to survive in Minecraft, you need to plan and do it and sometimes it turns out differently. If it was Fiction it wouldn't be useful this book is about Minecraft. The book didn't have any character except "the player"(you) so I don't have a favorite character in this book. This book is factual and it interests me because it just has a lot of facts about Minecraft (this is a Minecraft book anyway). If some people want to know more about what players usually do in Minecraft (Beginners).
