This book was great! It really shows you the power of family and friendship. The way April would do anything to keep Gabriel safe shows how much they've bonded and created a connection. The way Tim protects Violet shows the power of Family! One of my favourite books! Definitely reccomend!

I thought it was brave of April to save Gabriel Winterbone. I liked April the best in this book. I would recommend this book to someone else, especially someone who likes mystery stories

I would recommend it to adventure seekers .It was fiction and I liked Sadie she was very fun and imaginative.

Another book that I was very kindly sent a while back but I have only just got around to reading it this past week. The story was so interesting and mysterious, it was a book that could really get you thinking and predicting what might happen. The characters were interesting and the story was a pretty easy read. I could have easily read it in one sitting if it wasn't one in the morning when I got about halfway through. I finished it the next morning and put it straight on the pile to take into school, so I can share this story with the children. I think they'll enjoy it and I'll definitely be putting it on the "Recommended Reads" shelf.
