I thought it was really good because the boy picked up Matisse's artwork and made it smile. My favourite character was Leo because he was kind. I would recommend this book to my friend because I think he will enjoy it very much.

Theo's favourite part is when Matisse makes the big picture on the school wall. We borrowed this book from the library because Theo has been learning about Henri Matisse at school and doing artwork in the same style.

My favorite person was the teacher. I liked the teacher as she came up with the idea of letting the kids paint. I really liked the creative pieces of it

I liked that Matisee’s drawings were seen in the end.

My favourite part of the book was when he was drawing and made friends through his amazing drawings. His friends' teacher got a great idea from his drawings and decided to also be creative around their school. I really loved his last drawing at the end of the book.
