I did like this book but I am a lot like Nancy Verkenwerken and I do think that Barry is a bit revolting but I guess Jim just made him that way. I do like Jim Smith books but they're not my favourites. I kept this review brief because I didn't have much to say about this book.

I think it’s hilarious as Barry’s mum wins a competition. Because she won, Barry’s mum has posted everywhere. Barry gets very annoyed and irritated. Barry finds a pet snail called Snailypoos.

I love big books like thick books and this one is completely different. It’s very short but it’s funny and I think that’s what is the point that I like it and I read this all the time and I don’t know why and I read it twice already and I’ve only had them for about four days. Yeah I know I read a book the same book in under four days and only take me over Actually under one day to finish one of them which is good enough because they’re about 238 pages

I really recommend this book because it’s super funny since Barry’s mum becomes the face of the Zekoo’s supermarket and he gets super embarrassed because of it all.
