This book is written by Ruth Brocklehurst. This book is about fashion starting from the Egyptian time, 4000 years ago to the 1970 Hippies. Through the centuries fashion has changed dramatically, from dresses, suites and headwear to shirts, skirts and pants. My favorite time was the 1890's when the s-bend sihouette is fashionable for women. I recommend this book for people who have interest for fashion and history.
