Join Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase and Carter and Sadie Kane as they do battle with an ancient Egyptian magician determined to become a god. Against impossible odds, the four demigods and magicians team up to prevent the apocalypse. Contains the short stories The Son of Sobek, The Staff of Serapis and The Crown of Ptolemy, together in one volume for the first time. Plus, read an exciting extract from The Sword of Summer, the first book in Rick Riordan's latest series, Magnus Chase and the Gods of Asgard.

I liked it but I think it was a little to short for me.My favourite characters are Sadie Kane and Percy Jackson. The thing that interested me most was that Demigods and Magicians were working together. I would recommend it to anyone who loves Rick Riordan.

This book is brilliant. I really liked the fact that the all the stories were connected so it was like a normal book but it gave you good places to stop. I also liked that Rick mixed two of his different series together. I would definitely recommend it.

It was nice to know that Egyptian Magicians got on with Greek demigods.

Three great stories where Percy Jackson and The Kane Chronicles meet. In The Son of Sobek, Percy meets Carter, and they battle against an enchanted crocodile. In The Staff of Serapis, Annabeth and Sadie meet to stop an evil God from rising. Finally, all four come together to battle Setne, a ghost hoping to become a god.
