Great book.

Some junior children really don't like reading and this book is a fantastic opportunity to re-engage them with the excitement of reading. Flaps, diagrams, instructions and interesting fonts make the layout very engaging. Each page describes the different problems Rey has to overcome in her survival of the desert. I thought this was a great example of a great female hero overcoming obstacles. The ending is a little weak but is in line with the film. For any Star Wars fan this is a must read book for junior children.

i liked this book because it is kind of like a diary. It also tells you everything you need to know to survive on planet Jakku and what people you need to avoid
