This is a book about a detective society on a fancy old train called the Orient Express in the nineteen thirty’s, but it is not a normal train journey. In fact it wasn’t normal at all as there is a murderer and a spy on the train and it is up to Daisy and Hazel to find out who both of them are, without being caught by the adults. My favourite character was Daisy because she was the one who led Hazel and found out the important clues to the murderer. I would recommend this book to people who like books that are murder mystery and crime.

When Daisy and Hazel board the Orient Express with Hazel’s father they know something suspicious is going on. Then, when a scream is heard all of the passengers in their carriage hurry to Mrs Daunt’s room. They find her lying dead, in her room, and nothing they do will save her. It is up to Daisy and Hazel to solve the case.
