It was fiction. My favourite character was the parrot because I like they can speak like humans in a funny way! I would recommend this book to people who want to travel on hot air balloons. It interested me because normally dogs do not talk! I thought that the girl was going to get arrested because she was mean to the parrot. My favourite part was when the parrot was going somewhere else with his friends.

I liked the part when Percy came with a new competition to race with different vehicles because they had nice hot air balloons, and different vehicles but cars because Percy said to try a different to see if it is fun.

I think this fictional book is interesting, doesn't end up as a cliff-hanger. I like the whole series I have read. The best character I prefer is Lou Ella. I love to see her get what she needs. And the worst thing about her is she loves pink. I don't like pink, mostly blue. I would definitely recommend this to someone else, any age, any gender. 4 STAR.

I liked this book because it was funny and exciting. Lou Ella had to keep chasing her parrot, Ariel, around along with his friends, Dixie O’Day and Percy. But eventually Ariel manages to escape from the horrible Lou Ella.
