A lively, gorgeously illustrated story from Dynamic Duo, Reeve and McIntyre! Along with his new friends, a grumpy old albatross, a short-sighted mermaid, and a friendly island called Cliff, Oliver goes off in search of his missing parents. But before he can put his rescue plan into action there's the evil Stacey de Lacey and an army of greasy, green sea monkeys to contend with . . .

This book was ok, I found it a bit boring and confusing sometimes.

The person I like the best is Oliver because he travels on a moving island. The island is moving to the hallowed shallows because the island is going to a seawigs com.

I liked Cliff the best and I was surprised at the end because I didn't know there would be that many chapters! I would recommend it to someone else who likes surprises!

one of the reasons why I think you and other children should read this book is because it has action and adventure in the sea from bullying to retrieving certain items that lead to many leaderships in the underwater ocean .
