I liked the subway gang and the library gang. iI would say it's for 8 to 15 years old. The idea of a new army weapon going wrong and then their being gangs of kids was a great idea I would never have thought of that even though i'm really imaginative. Also the idea of the main boy's chicken jokes not actually being that good(it was chicken jokes because the world had been taken over by all sized robot chickens)but he was just make people laugh and be a bit happier was really once and showed how kind and caring he was.

The adventure stopped and started but you couldn't keep track of what was going on. Not a very good/well written book. If I could give it zero I would give it that.

It is definitely unusual, and so weird and clever. A world where the adults have disappeared, and the children are hiding from enormous metal chickens? Somehow, it's one of the best books I've read in my life! If you haven't read this yet, you're missing something very special!

It's an awesome book and it's funny and exciting! It's funny with bizzare plot twists but also keeps you gripped right the way through. It can be serious at times, its not all comedy, but I loved it and would recommend it to fast and slow readers.
